Chetana is a unique program created by Anisha Rajesh (Founder and Artistic Director) of Upasana Kalakendra, for Children between 2 and 5 years of age.

Chetana an early childhood program aims at exploring and creating aesthetic movement through Dance, Music, Poetry and Story Telling using the vocabulary of Indian classical dance and music . The program focuses on the physical, cognitive, social and emotional developmental domains and also aims at enhancing the fine and gross motor skills in children.
